Tuition and Class Policy
• Tuition: Tuition is based on the calendar year and is broken down into monthly payments. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $15 late fee applies if tuition is received after the 10th. Tuition must be paid regardless of attendance.
• Class Enrollment: Once enrolled, the day and time of your class are set. For example, if you enroll in a Monday 3 PM class, this time slot is reserved for you each week.
• Class Reservations: Full tuition payment secures your spot in class and gives you priority.
• Make-Up Classes: Full members can schedule make-up classes within 30 days of a missed class, but must be actively enrolled. If membership is on hold or canceled, make-ups begin once re-enrolled.
• Holiday Closures: The gym is closed during major holidays and two weeks in both summer and winter. These closures do not affect the total number of classes offered throughout the year, as any imbalance is corrected by having extra classes in some months. If there are exceptions, make-ups will be allowed.
• Restrictions on Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes are not allowed during unpaid months, natural disasters, or gym closures (e.g., hurricanes).
• Membership Cancellation: To cancel membership, notify the gym at least 10 business days in advance. Late notifications may not receive full refunds due to card service fees.
• Dropping
Classes: Dropping into classes is allowed if the class is not full. Parents must notify Coach Karla prior to class if space is available.
• Annual Membership Fee: A yearly membership fee is required for all gymnasts.
All gymnasts must be USAG members to be able to attend competitions. Please refer to USAG website for enrollment, news and gymnastics resourses.
