How do I pay for classes?

Sessions consist of 1 month of classes. You can choose to enroll in as many classes per week as you like. Payment is due at the beginning of the session for all classes. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

What should my child wear for class?

For girls a leotard is best. If not a leotard, cool, tight fitting clothes that will not cover the face while upside down. Long hair should be held back in a ponytail or bun. For boys tight fitting clothes are recommended. Shoes and slippers are not permitted on the mats and jewelry should not be worn.

Are your classes insured?

Yes. Our gymnastics program and facility are insured. Remember that gymnastics can be a dangerous sport and injuries can happen. We keep our facility as safe as possible and our coaches informed on the safest practices to minimize this risk.

Are your instructors qualified?

Coach Karla and Garden Island Gymnastics is a USAG member. Karla has over 10 years of coaching experience. She was also a competitive gymnast before that and know what it takes to motivate students and be safe.

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

We do allow pro-rated classes if there is space available. Those students that sign up for the entire session have first priority and class size is limited. Don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll try our best to work with you.

Can parents watch?

Absolutely! Garden Island Gymnastics is a family owned and operated business. We want our students’ family to see their little ones learn and perform. We love meeting and talking with parents and families and encourage all those with positive support to be present.
